Everywhere you look on social media today, you will be sure to see “Today is the day! Make it happen! Support the arts!!!” plastered on Facebook walls, on emails blasts, tweeted all over your feed. Let’s be real here, it’s no secret that today is Give to the Max day in Minnesota. So, why is today a better day to donate to your favorite local non profit? Well, to make it simple, today has bigger and better incentives ($$$) by the big guys in charge of GiveMn at Springboard for the Arts. There are prizes given today that aren’t normally given, and there are FEES WAIVED that normally are kept by the bigger parties at hand. To make it more than simple… today we get more of the money you donate!!! Donate now!
I am a voice teacher on staff and a board member of Chanson Voice & Music Academy. This school is an amazing community to be a part of! There is passion and excitement around every corner. I have been an active part in this school’s transition into fiscal sponsorship as we continue to branch out towards becoming a full non-profit organization.
I am a leader in the Lyrebird choral program and will continue being active in the development of all our school’s programming. We are working hard to get new programs up and running. We want to help make music lessons and classes more affordable for families who cannot otherwise prioritize them. We want to stretch our walls out into the community and start making a difference! The donations made on Give to the Max Day will help make this expansion possible!
I’m writing to let you know about an opportunity we have to raise extra funds for Chanson Voice & Music Academy. Springboard for the Arts will donate $10 to CVMA for every person that makes a donation between 10-11am TODAY! Donate now and supporting this great music school and the arts community it provides.
It really is best if you give between 10 and 11 today, but of course donating at ANY time is truly appreciated. You can schedule a payment here, now!
